摘要
将丹参制成卵磷脂脂质体,加入已加有石英尘的肺泡巨噬细胞培养液中共同培养。结果:细胞形态、存活率与对照组相近,MDA 含量、细胞内钙离子浓度明显低于石英组, 而GSHPx 、SOD、还原型GSH 明显高于石英组,表明丹参卵磷脂脂质体具有抑制石英尘诱发的肺泡巨噬细胞脂质过氧化反应,维持细胞内钙稳态。
Salvia Miltiorrhiza phosph olipidcholice liposome was made by Salvia Miltiorrhiza.Salvia Miltiorrhiza phosph olipidcholine liposome was added to alveolar macrophage(AM)medium and cultured with quartz.The result showed that morphology and survival rate of AM were close to the control group,MDA content、Ca ++ concentration in AM were obviously lower than those in the quartz group,but GSH Px activity、SOD activity and reduced GSH content were higher than those in the quartz group.Those changes suggested that Salvia Miltiorrhiza phospholipidcholine liposome could suppress quartz induced lipid peroxidation,keep calcium homeostasis and protect AM.
