摘要
在总结了已报道的植物伤流液提取方法的基础上,对香石竹植物伤流液及其中有机成分的提取方法进行了研究,研究结果表明选用加压收集法来提取香石竹植物伤流液,能够获得较好的提取效果。此外,实验结果还表明香石竹健康植株和病害植株伤流液的提取物在颜色、状态及溶解性等方面存在明显差异。
On the basis of summarizing the extraction of xylem sap of plants,the extractive methods of Carnation Bleeding Sap and Their Organic Components were studied,the result showed that using pressure collection method is better to extract organic components from the Bleeding sap of carnation plant.We also found that the extractives from Bleeding Sap have significant differences between health and disease carnation plant on the way of color、status and dissolvability.
