摘要
用2种方法对朱砂叶螨Tetranychus cinnabarinus(Boisduval)利它素的提取进行研究,证明在直接提取法中,用二氯甲烷、甲醇、苯都能取得良好的抽提效果。在气体收集法中,以玻璃纤维作吸附剂,以正己烷作洗脱剂,能得到更好的抽提效果。比较2种方法,认为气体收集法只收集叶螨散发的挥发性物质,且操作简便,是提取叶螨利它素的有效方法。
In this paper, two methods were used for the study on extraction of kairomone emitted by Tetranychus cinnabarinus. It showed that dithloromethane, methanol and benzene can all obtain well effects in the direct extraction method,that use glass fibre as absorbent,use n-hexane as eluant,we can gain better effect in the vapor collection method. According to comparision of two methods,we regard the vapor collection method as an effective way of kairomone extraction because it only collects volatile substances emitted by red spider mites,as well operates simply and convenient-ly.
