摘要
刮板输送机是一种重要的机械运输设备,其可靠性的高低直接关系到设备能否安全运行,对企业的生产安全有重要意义.在分析刮板机系统故障概率的基础上,将模糊数学和故障树分析方法相结合,建立了刮板机系统的故障树模型,计算刮板机的模糊可靠度,并利用模糊理论对刮板机可靠性进行了定量的模糊分析.
Scraper conveyor is one kind of important machinery equipment for transport.Reliability which have the important meaning to enterprise＇s production safety has directly effects on whether the equipment can work safely or not.In this paper,the fault tree of scraper conveyor system is set up by the analytical combination of fault tree approach and fuzzy mathematics,based on analyzing the fault of the scraper conveyor system.The fuzzy reliability of scraper conveyor system is worked out and given the quantitative analysis based on the fuzzy theory.
