摘要
通过对慈溪市流动人口子女学校的教师培训需求从参加培训的主要目的、教育教学中需要补充的知识、欠缺的专业能力、喜欢的培训方式、教学实践中遇到的困惑或问题等方面进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行相应的分析,以期对制订"十二五"流动人口子女学校教师培训方案有所启示。
A questionnaire survey was done to learn about the training needs of teachers in migrant children schools.The paper analyzes the needs information from the investigation results of the training purpose,teaching knowledge and skill,preferred training mode,teaching puzzles and problems in order to provide materials when the forthcoming 12th Five Year Plan of the training needs of teachers in migrant children schools.
