摘要
目的 综述针灸治疗癫痫的研究进展。 方法 复习９０ 年代以来的大量有关文献，从毫针、穴位埋线、针药结合、其他疗法、实验研究等方面，总结了针灸治疗癫痫的研究概况。 结果 针灸能够疏通经脉，调理气血，醒脑开窍，熄风定惊，从而达到治疗目的，在实验研究方面初步证实针灸具有调整脑内神经突触间神经递质的作用。 结论 针灸治疗癫痫，今后应结合现代医学研究方法，着重治疗机理、有效穴位选择方面的研究。
Objective To sum up the development of research on treating epilepsy by acupuncture moxibustion. Methods Reviewed a great amount of the relevant literature in 90s and summarized the research on treating epilepsy by acupuncture moxibusion from fine acupuncture, catgut implantation at acupoint, acupuncture plus Chinese herbs other therapies and experimental studies.Results Consequently, acupuncture moxibustion can prevent and treat the disease by dredging channels and network vessels, regulating qi and blood, arousing the brain and opening the orifices, and extinguishing wind and removing fright. In experimental studies, it can regulate synaptic neurotransmitters in brain. Conclusions In future, stress should be put on research in the mechanism of treatment and selection of effective acupoints, combined with modern medical method, in the treatment of epilepsy by acupuncture moxibustion.
