摘要
以26个不同抗性的小麦品种及12个野生近缘物种为材料,检测了抗性基因分子标记Yr24-1的分布情况。结果表明:22个抗性材料中有10个能扩增出特异性目标条带;4个感病材料中有2个能扩增出特异性目标条带;野生近缘材料中3种硬粒小麦均能扩增出特异性目标条带,暗示了这些材料中可能含有Yr24目标基因。
The paper used the genomic DNA extracted from 26 different resistance materials and 12 wild relative materials as templates and the specific primer Yr24-1 synthesized by the molecular marker of stripe rust resistance gene Yr2d for PCR to speculate the distribution of molecular markers of the stripe rust resistance gene Yr24 in wheat, offer technology support for identification of hereditary basis of rust resistance in new strains and breed persistent resistance new variety. The results showed that there were 10 resistant cuhivars achieving target bands. There were two cultivars got the target bands in the 4 susceptible cultivars. Specificity target band were amplified from all three kinds of durum wheat among wild relatives in this study. That suggested these materials contain Yr24 probably.
