摘要
分析了甘蔗制糖过程中副产物蔗泥的成分。结果表明,蔗泥成分以粗纤维为主(570.3 g/kg),其次为灰分(326.9 g/kg)。采用凯氏定氮和电感耦合等离子体光谱仪分析发现,蔗泥中植物必需矿质元素含量丰富,其中N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe含量分别为25.92、19.16、4.91、87.84、25.92、4.01 g/kg,有害元素As、Cd含量较低,Pb含量较高(23 mg/kg)。蔗泥中含有二十八烷醇及其他甾醇类物质,乙醇回流提取法测得的二十八烷醇含量为0.56%,高于蔗渣。说明蔗泥适合提取二十八烷醇,剩下的残渣是较理想的肥料。
Minerals and octacosanol in filter mud produced from sugar cane juice clarification were analyzed. The results showed that the filter mud mainly contained crude fiber (570.3 g/kg), followed by ash (326.9 g/kg). Kjeldahl determination and ICP were respectively used to determine its nitrogen and other minerals content, the results showed that it contained large amount of N, P, K, Ca, Mg and Fe, which were 25.92, 19.16, 4.91, 87,84, 25.92 and 4.01 g/kg respectively. It contained low amount of toxic element As and Cd but comparatively high amount of Pb (23 mg/kg). The filter mud also contained 0.56% of octacosanol, much higher than that in sugarcane bagasse. These results indicated that the filter mud was suitable for preparation of octacosanol and the residue after octacosanol extraction could be used as a source of fertilizer.
