摘要
从北运辣椒采后质量水平、冷链物流系统、贮运包装技术、生物防治技术以及商业化运作模式等方面分析了我国北运辣椒贮运保鲜现状及面临的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议,旨在延长北运辣椒贮运保鲜时间,提升北运辣椒产品采后附加值,增加农民收入。
This paper analyzed the status and existing issues of peppers transported to Northern China in storing and transporting preservation, including postharvest quality level of the peppers, the cold ehain logistics system for the peppers, packaging technology in storage and transportation, biological control technology and commercialization operating mode, and then put forward corresponding countermeasures or advices for the purpose of prolonging the peppers＇ storing and transporting preservation time, enhancing the pepper products＇ additional value and increasing income of the farmers.
