近年来,降低建设投资和生产费用成为世界各国矿山企业面临的一个严峻问题,采用高效大型球磨机成为矿业加工企业技术发展的主要方向。文章介绍了国内外球磨机的发展概况,概述了球磨机的组成、工作原理和分类,重点讨论了球磨机球面滚子轴承的选型、维护、安装和使用原则。
In recent years,reducing construction investment and production cost has become a serious problem faced with by mining enterprises around the world, and adopting efficient large-scale ball mills has become the main direction of the technology development of mining processing enterprises.This paper introduces the development situation of the ball mills at home and abroad, summarizes the composition, operation principles and classification, and emphatically discusses the principles of the type-selection, maintenance, in- stallation and application of the roller bearing of the spherical surface of ball mills.
