摘要
目的:观察烧灼大鼠不同数量巩膜上静脉后的眼部变化,确定比较理想的持续性高眼压动物模型。方法:选择SD大鼠27只,随机分为3组,以左眼为实验眼,右眼为空白对照组,各组分别烧灼大鼠实验眼巩膜上静脉2、3和4根,比较各组的术后眼压、并发症情况,并进行视神经的光镜和透射电镜观察。结果:术后各组实验眼眼压升高,与空白对照眼的眼压差异具有统计学意义,并出现角膜水肿,可引起视神经纤维丢失及凋亡的改变。烧灼3根巩膜上静脉组与其他组相比,具有眼压升高稳定、术后角膜水肿轻微、恢复快的优点。结论:烧灼大鼠3根巩膜上静脉是一种比较理想的高眼压动物模型,在青光眼研究中具有较好的应用前景。
Objective: To investigate ocular changes after different amounts of episcleral venous cauterization and identify the outstanding sustained elevated intraocular pressure(IOP) animal models.Methods: Twenty-seven rats were enrolled and separated into 3 groups according to the cauterized venous amount,including in 2,3 and 4 venous cauterization group.Postoperative IOP and complications were compared.The optic nerves were investigated under light and eletron microscopy.Results: IOPs in each experimental group elevated postoperatively.It was significantly different between experimental groups and normal group.In experimental groups,corneal edema,optic nerve fibres loss and aptosis were found.Three venous cauterization group had the advantages of steady IOP elevation and modest corneal edema compared with other groups.Conclusion: Cauterization of 3 episcleral veins is an outstanding elevated IOP animal models.It will be prospectively used in glaucomatous study.
