摘要
目的探讨颧骨复合体骨折的围手术期护理。方法对97例颧骨复合体骨折患者实施切开复位内固定术,做好围手术期护理。结果 97例患者均在全麻下行颧骨复合体骨折切开复位内固定术,经过科学有效的围手术期护理,所有患者面部功能及外形均恢复良好,无手术并发症。结论科学有效的围手术期护理对颧骨复合体骨折患者切开复位内固定术后患者的恢复起重要作用。
Objective To discuss perioperative nursing care of patients with zygomatic complex fractures.Methods Ninety-seven patients with zygomatic complex fractures were treated with an open reduction and internal fixation and effective perioperative nursing care was provided.Results Patients were treated with an open reduction and internal fixation under general anesthesia and they were provided with scientific and effective care during perioperative period.All patients had excellent function and facial appearance without complications.Conclusion Scientific and effective perioperative nursing care plays an important role in the recovery of patients with zygomatic complex fractures after open reduction and internal fixation.
