口腔颌面部创伤121例临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨口腔倾面部创伤的临床特点与治疗方法。方法对我院2008年1月至2009年6月收治的口腔颌面部创伤住院病例121例临床资料进行回顾分析。结果本组病例中交通事故在致伤原因中居首位,在颌面部骨折中,牙折最常见。痊愈118例。结论口腔颌面部损伤及合并严重全身损伤患者的抢救特别强调相关科室间协调与配合,治疗时分清轻重缓急,只要不影响患者生命体征,应首先处理对机体影响较大的损伤。
