摘要
以淀粉水解为研究对象,通过对照实验,研究电场作用下酶膜反应器的分离效果和反应效果。结果表明,在电场(0 ~110 V/cm) 作用下,酶膜反应器中的α淀粉酶酶解淀粉的过程不但不受影响,而且α淀粉酶的酶活稳定性不会降低,甚至还稍有提高;操作达稳定状态后,酶膜反应器中的超滤膜PES6000 对α淀粉酶的截留率在90 % 以上,符合酶膜反应分离一体化的要求。
By contrast experiments,the separation and the reaction efficiencies for starch enzymolysis in the membrane reactor with or without electric fields were studied.It was indicated that an exterior electric field(0~110 V/cm) has no bad influence on the starch hydrolysis by α amylase and the stability of α amylase was not reduced but improved a little by the exterior electric fields.So far as the stable operation state is concerned,a more than 90% retentivity of α amylase for PES 6000 could be obtained,which is associated with the requirement of the integration of enzyme reaction and membrane separation.
