摘要
校外学习中心是远程教育院校在各地社区建设的学生学习支助服务体系的基层组织机构,是网络学院与学生之间沟通的"桥梁",发挥着重要的纽带作用。通过对广东省校外学习中心学习支持服务满意度的调查与分析,发现不同层次、不同专业类型、不同性别、不同年龄的学生对学习中心学习支持服务的满意度存在显著差异。在分析产生差异的原因的基础上,找出了学习中心建设、管理、服务等方面存在的问题,提出了校外学习中心要"切实做到‘以学生为中心’"、"高度重视学生的满意度"、"积极采取措施提高学习支持服务质量"的建议,以便更好地促进网络教育健康、科学、持续发展。
Off-campus Study Center is the basic organization of Learning Support Service system that is built in the community by Distance Education Universities.It is the communication＂bridge＂between Distance Education Colleges and students,and plays an important role.Via investigation and analysis to satisfaction degree of the Learning Support Services to Off-campus Study Center in Guangdong Province,it＇s found that the students＇Learning Support Services＇satisfaction degree to Off-campus Study Center is remarkable difference from different grade,different specialty,different sex and different age.On the base of analysis to the difference,we find the problem in the Off-campus Study Center＇construction、management and service,and to table a proposal to Off-campus Study Center such as make sure student-centered,attach great importance to the students＇satisfaction and take active measures to improve quality of Learning Support Service.
