摘要 近些年来,国内外相继有不少实验提出了;肿瘤细胞与正常细胞氨基酸代谢存在着明显的差异。而且不同的肿瘤其变化不同,反映了不同的氨基酸成分对机体的营养和肿瘤的生长具有不同的作用和影响。细胞膜是细胞外物质进入细胞的必经之路,无疑这种差异与细胞膜的结构特性有着密切的关系。肿瘤细胞膜与相应的正常细胞膜相比其生化组分,酶活性以及流动性都有明显不同。 1. The transport anb absorption of amino acid between human embryol lung cells and lung cancer cells(A549), the amino acid content in free state both in rat lung cancer tissue and normal rat lung tissue, and the serum of tumorigenic rat and normal rat were compared in this paper. The Results showed there were many significant differences for amino acid content of both the cancerogenic tissues and normal tissues, the serum of cancerogenic rat and normal rat, and there were very remarkable differences between lung cancer cells and human embryol lung cells to the absorption of amino acids. The lung cancer cells soeci fically absorb six aminoacids,namely Asp.Tyr, Phe,His Val, Met. 2. After being incubated 12 hr, With the human cancer cells and human embryol lung cells, the contents of membrane component were increased respectively by the addition of its four membrane components in the media. Subsequently, the in fluence on amino acid transport and absorotion in two kinds o f cell and the absorption o f ~3H-TdR, ~3H-UR by A_(549) cells were examined. The results indicated that the variation of membrane of comoonents had influenced the absorption of amino acids to ~3H-TdR ~3H-URby cells,but there were marked diffence in its degree, and the lung cancer cells were influenced easy by the external factors.The results also showed there were the correlation between the amino acid absorption and DNA RNA synthesis of the cells. 3. After two kinds of cell had been treated by colchicine, cytochalasin B, chlorpromazine, DB, PHA. the amino acid transport in both cells and the absorption to ~3H-TdR ~3H-UR by A_(549) cells were abserved. The observations showed the smino acid absorption and RNA DNA synthesis in cells all were effected. by five factors. The effective mechanism of these factors were discussed.
