摘要
新民主主义时期,中国共产党积极开展金融立法,内容涉及货币体系、金融机构与金融业务等方面,极大地促进新民主主义金融事业的发展,以自己的财政金融力量有效抵制了敌人的经济封锁和金融掠夺,确保中国革命取得最后的胜利,最终实现人民币的发行和币制的统一,具有深刻的历史意义。但是,在金融立法过程中也存在着大量的不足,导致新民主主义时期的金融发展缓慢。
In the New Democratic Period,the Chinese Communist Party played an active part in financial legislation,involving currency system,financial institutions and financial transactions.The work contributed to the financial development of that era,which in turn safeguarded against the enemy＇s economic blockage and financial looting,ensured the final victory of revolution and unified the issuing and standard of the Renminbi currency.However,some shortcomings suppressed the financial development.
