摘要
螺旋藻多糖( Polysaccharideof Spirulina) 是从螺旋藻中提取的一种无毒的天然产物,具有多种生物学活性。为了进一步探讨螺旋藻多糖的作用,本文以小鼠为动物模型,观察极大螺旋藻多糖对小鼠生理功能的影响。螺旋藻多糖可以提高受γ射线致死剂量照射的小鼠30 天内的存活率;促进小鼠多能干细胞和造血祖细胞的增殖和分化;促进受到辐射损伤的小鼠造血系统的恢复,增强小鼠的抗辐射能力。螺旋藻多糖可以提高小鼠的廓清指数,提高机体的非特异性免疫力;可以提高全血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 的活性,降低肝组织中过氧化物的含量,延缓机体衰老;螺旋藻多糖还可以提高小鼠的耐力游泳时间,增强机体对疲劳的耐受力。
Polysaccharide of S.Maxima (PSM) isolated form Spirulina is one kind of natural product. The PSM has many biological functions. To study the functions of PSM, we exam the effects on the physiological functions of the mice.The PSM could increase the 30 days survival rate of the mice irradiated lethally by 60 Co-γ ray, accelerate the CFU-S and CFU-MIX proliferate and differentiate, enhance the radioprotective capability of the mice. The PSM could increase the phagocytic index (K) of the mice. It showed that PSM could raise the nonspecifici immunity. The PSM could enhance the SOD activity and decrease the LPO concentration of the liver, postpone the aging. PSM also has the anti-fatigue effect.
