摘要
以大肠癌裸鼠移植瘤为动物模型,观察了分叉双歧杆菌的完整肽聚糖体内对大肠癌生长的抑制作用,并从细胞增殖活性方面探讨了它的抑瘤机制。结果表明完整肽聚糖注射组大肠癌移植瘤的生长速度、平均瘤重以及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA) 阳性细胞密度均明显低于肿瘤对照组(P< 0.01) 。提示分叉双歧杆菌的完整肽聚糖体内能明显抑制大肠癌的生长,其抑瘤机制之一是降低肿瘤细胞的增殖活性。
The inhibition of whole peptidoglycan of bifidobacteria bifidum to experimental bowel carcinoma was observed in vivo,depending on the animal model of nude mouse transplantation tumors of large bowel carcinoma Furthermore,its antitumor mechanisms was explored in view of cell proliferating activity The results showed that the growth rate、average weight of tumors and positive cell density of proliferating cell nuclear antigen was markedly lower when compared with the control group(P<0 01) It was indicated that whole peptidoglycan of bifidobacteria bifidum could obviously inhibite the growth of large bowel carcinoma in vivo One of its antitumor mechanisms was to decrease the proliferating rate of tumor cells
