摘要
目的随着现代科技的发展,传统的工作和生活模式逐渐被打破。"步行"、"手工作坊"这些传统意义上的词汇逐渐封存在人们的记忆里,取而代之的是"机动车"、"机器",这一类能给在短时间内给人们带来高效率新兴词汇,随之而来的交通事故,工伤事故也急剧膨胀。在各种工业的,交通的损伤中,头面部损伤大约占据了人体全身损伤发病率的1/3,是口腔颌面外科的面临的主要疾病之一,本次研究的主要目的旨在分析和探究口腔颌面部损伤的急救措施。方法通过对口腔颌面部损伤特点的了解,对常规急救措施进行分析回顾,在2008年1月至2010年8月将其应用于临床,对英德市人民医院口腔颌面外科进行急救诊治103例患者的急救过程。结果 103例患者进行综合抢救治疗,治愈101例,死亡2例,治愈率为98%,广谱治疗治愈率为93%。结论了解和掌握急救措施实施过程,能够为口腔颌面部损伤患者诊断提供指导依据,增加患者治愈率,改善患者生命质量。
Objective Along with the development of modern science and technology,the traditional work and life patterns gradually be broken.＂Walk＂,＂manual mill＂,these traditional vocabulary gradually sealed in people＇s memory,instead ＂motor vehicle,＂ ＂machine＂,this kind of in a short time can give people brings high efficiency,along with new vocabulary traffic accidents,inductrial injury accident also sharp swell.In various industrial,transportation,head of injury in facial injury about occupy the human body injury rates of 1/3,is oral and maxillofacial surgery,one of the main diseases facing the main purpose of this study aimed at analysis and inquiry of oral and maxillofacial trauma emergency measures.Methods Based on the characteristics of oral and maxillofacial trauma emergency measures for conventional understanding,analysis review,in January 2008 to 2010 August applied to clinical,oral and maxillofacial surgery in our first aid treatment of 103 patients first aid process.Results 103 patients cured comprehensive rescue treatment,101 cases,2 cases died,cure rate 98%,broad-spectrum treatment cure rate 93%.Conclusion Understanding and mastering emergency measures for implementation process which can oral and maxillofacial trauma patients diagnosis provides guidance basis,increase rates and improve the patients with life quality.
