摘要
目的 :分析金属烤瓷修复体引起牙龈炎的原因并提出处理方法。方法 :对 10 5个烤瓷修复体 (观察组 )通过 3年牙龈观察分级 ,同时选择 15 8个自然牙作对照组进行比较。结果 :轻度牙龈炎 ,观察组 13个 ,对照组 4个 ;中度牙龈炎观察组 2个 ,对照组 1个。两组比较有显著性差异(P <0 0 1)。结论 :金属烤瓷修复体引起牙龈炎大于自然牙 ,在制作烤瓷修复体时应正确、规范 。
OBJECTIVE:To analyse the causes of pulpitis by PFM restoration and suggest therapeutic method. METHOD:105 subjects of PFM restoration were observed for three years and classified,as compared to 158 teeth (control group).RESULTS:13 subjects of mild and 2 moderate pulpitis were found in PFM group while 4 mild and 1 moderate pulpitis in control group.CONCLUSION:PFM restoration has a higher incidence of pulpitis than natural teeth.Correct and standard operation may prevent pulpitis.
