摘要
目的在社区卫生服务中心操作层面上进一步完善社区护理操作项目,拓展社区护理内涵。方法在"社区护理操作项目与模块构建"的2轮专家咨询基础上,重新组织资深专家15名进行第3次咨询,对前2轮咨询拟定的45个社区护理操作项目的重要性进行评价,并提出项目修改、增加或删除意见。结果咨询专家数量控制合理,专家权威性高,权威程度系数为0.825±0.072。专家咨询结果较为集中,对45个项目持肯定意见,也提出了修改建议:修改10个项目名称,增加测血糖项目1项,最终确定了46个社区护理操作项目。结论通过权威性较高的护理专家对社区护理操作项目进行反复咨询,可进一步拓展和规范社区护理操作项目,加强社区护理内涵建设,提高社区护理质量。
Objective To improve community nursing and expand nursing connotation in community health service center.Methods After two rounds of expert consultation on items of community nursing and model establishment,the third expert consultation centered on the importance evaluation and revision of 45 items in community nursing.Results The authority coefficient of the experts was 0.825±0.072.Most experts took positive attitude toward all 45 nursing items.The revision went to the change of name of 10 items and one item,that is,blood sugar measurement.Thus,46 nursing items were set eventually.Conclusion With repeated consultations from nursing experts on nursing items in community health service center,nursing items were increased,which expand nursing connotation and will benefit to the improvement of nursing quality.
