摘要
目的：探讨眼底荧光血管造影反差适度的显影参数。方法：对２０例眼底荧光血管造影进行显影测试分析。结果：无赤光像反差为０．８７时影像边缘效应、视觉清晰度最佳，灰雾为第二位。结论：０．８７ 可做为眼底荧光血管造影反差适度的参数，依据眼底荧光血管造影特性要求，同时兼顾其它显影参数间的相互影响是界定其反差适度的原则。
Objective:To study development parameters of fluorescein angiography contrast controlment in ocular fundus.Methods:To make development test analysis for fluorescein angiography in 20 ocular fundus.Results:The best imagine edge effect and visual sense definition for red free light picture contrast is 0.87.Grey brume is the second important parameter. Conclusion:0 87 could be the contrast controlment parameter for fluorescein angiography in ocular fundus, and the decision principle of contrast controlment is according to the characterstic requirment of ocular fundus fluorescein angiography and at the same time give some attention to the interaction of other development parameter.
