摘要
针对传统产品设计中一直沿用串行设计模式,知识重用率低、开发周期长、成本高等问题,研究了面向并行工程的产品变型设计技术。建立了以产品为核心的并行设计模式,构建客户端/服务器/工作站的网络体系结构的协同工作环境,应用PDM系统集成管理所有有关产品的信息及相关过程信息,对产品开发过程进行重组及集成产品开发团队,实现了多用户快速并行设计。以桥式起重机为例建立了面向并行工程的产品变型设计系统,结果表明,达到了费效比最优的联合设计。
To the questions that low rate of knowledge reuse,long development cycle and high cost in serial design patterns,we researched CE oriented product variant design technology.Establishing concurred design pattern which centered on products,structureing collaborative working environment with client/server/workstation network system structure,and managing integrated all relevant information about products and process related information in PDM system,realized multi-user rapid concurrent design.Taking crane bridge as example,and results show that arrived optimal cost-effective combination design.
