摘要 根据复杂产品设计开发的特点,对当前多领域协同设计研究的主要内容进行了概述,介绍了协同设计的总体框架和系统模型的构建,对协同设计中冲突消解与耦合因素问题进行了较为深入的探讨,归纳了协同设计中的冲突类型以及冲突解决方法,给出了冲突协商解决模型,并构建了多领域协同设计全局耦合关系模型用以研究协同设计中的耦合,为确保复杂产品的整体性能、缩短设计周期、降低开发成本及实现并行协同设计打下了理论基础. According to the characteristics of design and development for complex products, the contents of Multidisciplinary Cooperative Design were summarizes briefly. The framework of cooperative design and the model of system were expatiated. The conflict resolution and coupled factors in different disciplines were analysed deeply. The type and solution of the conflict resolution were introduced and a conflict negotiation resolution model was presented and a general coupled model to study coupled factors was set up. The model provides the foundation for insuring the capability of complex products, shortening the cycle of design, reducing the cost of development and realizing the current cooperative design.
