摘要
利用X-射线荧光光谱仪压片法测定硼镁铁矿中三氧化二硼的含量，采用国家标准样品和人工合成标准样品，绘制工作曲线；通过试验确定了最佳分析条件及检测范围，能够满足生产要求，快速准确，结果令人满意。
Determinating the content of Boron oxide in ludwigite by X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry pellet preparation technique, make the calibration curve with adopting National Standard Specimens and artificial synthesis standard samples;the optimum analysis condition and test range was determined by the experiments, which can be satisfied the requirement of production, the method is rapid and accurate.
