摘要
通过一组硬度接近真实轨、轮的试样,调查了轨/轮系统的磨损行为,研究了轨和轮之间的匹配关系。实验结果归纳如下:磨损率取决于轨和轮之间的硬度比H_R/H_W,安全匹配区为H_R/R_W等于1.0~1.2;因子HS^(-1.2)是影响轨/轮系统磨损的基本因素;在一定的工作条件下,硬度匹配的本质是组织结构匹配。
This paper has studied the matching relationship between rail and wheel by investigating the wear behavior of rail/wheel systems. The hardness of samples used were close or equal to that of the real rail and wheel. The experimental results are summarized as follows: wear rate is dependent on the hardness ratio (HR/Hw) between rail and wheel, the safe value of HR/HW equals to 1. 0-1. 2. The factor HS-1.2 is the fundamental effect on wear in rail/wheel systems,and the nature of the hardness matching is the microstructure matching under specified operating conditions.
