摘要
本文利用中国206个城市2003～2008年的数据,采用空间面板模型对我国产业结构变动与就业增长的关系进行了经验分析。结果表明:产业结构的快速调整,特别是增量结构的快速调整对于城市就业有着显著的促进作用,而劳动力在各行业的重新配置所带来的结构性失业对城市就业产生了明显的负面影响;制造业、建筑业、交通运输等基础部门具有较高的就业吸纳能力,而农业、个人服务业和生产性服务业就业份额的提升对于我国城市就业的促进作用相当有限。
Based on an urban panel data from 2003 to 2008, we explore the relationship between industrial structure variation and the urban employment. Our results indicate that the strength of industrial structure variation especially the incremental structure adjustment will bring significant positive impact on employment growth. , while the intra-city industry reallocations exhibit a significant negative effect on local employment growth. Our evidence also suggests that a large employment share of agriculture ,Personal Services and Producer Services are associated with lower employment growth.
