摘要
为模拟研究垂直方向上冲击力对机械零部件表面的损伤,利用钢球在不同高度作自由落体运动冲击硬铝盘的实验,研究干摩擦和润滑工况下硬铝盘的塑性变形。在表面形貌仪上观察发现,硬铝盘凹坑深度随钢球高度的增加而增加;干接触时硬铝盘表面会发生严重损伤,接触面间有油润滑时则可有效抑制表面损伤的发生;硬铝盘的塑性变形随润滑油黏度的增加而增大,高黏度油润滑时的最大冲击深度与干接触时冲击深度基本相同。
For the simulation study of the surface damage of mechanical components under vertical direction wallop,the impact experiments of aluminium alloy under falling-ball impact were carried out,the plastic deformation of aluminium alloy was investigated under different impact height.The results show that the indentation depth of aluminium alloy increases with the impacting height.The surface of aluminium alloy is damaged badly under dry contact.The application of oil in the interface can effectively reduce the surface damage.The plastic deformation of aluminium alloy increases with the increase of the viscosity of oil,the maximum indentation depth under high viscosity oil lubrication is same as dry contact.
