摘要
从体会《纲要》中的"质量"元素入手,提出要在《纲要》的引领下,坚持遵循职业教育教育教学规律,着力抓好关键环节,把握提高质量的要素,避免质量观的误区,全面提高职业教育质量。
Based on the quality requirement in the ＂Outline＂,the article argues that vocational education has to keep to the＂outline＂and put focus on the quality education so as to improve the educational quality in secondary vocational schools.
