摘要
目的 :为探索Ⅰa、Ⅰb期上皮性卵巢癌术后辅助化疗是否能提高疗效。方法 :对天津市肿瘤医院自 195 4～1992年间收治的Ⅰa、Ⅰb期上皮性卵巢浸润癌住院患者 44例进行回顾性分析。结果 :包括低分化肿瘤在内的Ⅰa、Ⅰb期卵巢癌术后单纯随访组与辅化组比较 ,2年复发率、5年及 10年生存率均无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,并且术后化疗并不能延长肿瘤复发时间 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :Ⅰa、Ⅰb期卵巢癌术后无需辅化 ,可以单纯随访 ,唯透明细胞癌预后较差 ,应给予重视。
Objective: In order to study the value of adjuvant chemotherapy in Ia, Ib epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods: Forty-four cases of Ia,Ib epithelial ovarian cancer were studied in this hospital from 1954～1992. Results: There were no differences found in 5-, 10-year survival rates and 2-year recurrence rate between the group of 14 cases treated by operation alone and the group of 30 cases treated by adjuvant chemotherapy ( P >0.05). Conclusion:The results indicate that the adjuvant chemotherapy did not improve the survival nor recurrence, therefore it is not necessary to use chemotherapy after operation of epithelial ovarian cancer of stage Ia or Ib.
