摘要
目的:探讨人工流产术后即时应用新型短效口服避孕药———屈螺酮炔雌醇片的临床意义。方法:将行人工流产的年轻未生育妇女200例按术后避孕方式分为两组,人工流产术后接受口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片避孕者为观察组(100例),采用其他方式避孕者为对照组(100例)。观察两组术后出血及月经情况,避孕效果及用药不良反应。结果:观察组出血量少,出血时间短,流产后月经恢复快,月经周期规律,无痛经,且避孕效果优于对照组(P<0.05),无明显体重增加,药物不良反应轻。结论:人工流产后立即服用屈螺酮炔雌醇片是安全、有效,并具有额外益处的避孕方法。
Objective： To investigate the clinical significance of the immediate application of an oral contraceptive,drospirenone ethinyl estradiol tablets（Yasmin）,after abortion.Methods： A total of 200 nulliparae who underwent induced abortion between June 2009 and March 2010 were recruited.They were divided into the study group（n=100） who were given Yasmin and the control group（n=100） who used other contraceptive measures.The amount and duration of vaginal bleeding after induced abortion,the recovery of menstruation,contraceptive effects and adverse reactions after treatment were evaluated.Results： Less and shorter duration of vaginal bleeding,more regular menstrual cycle,more effective contraception and no dysmenorrheal were observed in the study group（P0.05）.In addition,there was no statistically significant weight gain and serious adverse reactions in the study group.Conclusion： Immediate application of Yasmin is safe and effective and has additional benefit of contraception.
