摘要
目的探讨人工流产术后即时服用屈螺酮炔雌醇的临床效果。方法将自愿要求行人工流产术终止妊娠的健康育龄妇女300例分为两组,人工流产术后即时服用屈螺酮炔雌醇者为观察组(150例),术后采取其他方式避孕者为对照组(150例)。观察两组术后出血量、出血时间、月经恢复情况及宫腔粘连情况。结果观察组术后出血量少、出血时间短、月经恢复快,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01),无宫腔粘连情况。结论人工流产术后即时服用屈螺酮炔雌醇片避孕效果好,同时有调经预防宫腔粘连的作用。
Objective To explore the effect of immediate use of drospirenone-ethinylestradiol tablets after abortion in women undergoing artificilal abortion. Methods A total of 300 women who undergoing artificial abortion were divided into two groups. In observation group, 150 women took drospirenone-ethinylestradiol tablets immediately after abortion and in control group 150 women took other methods. The volume and duration of vaginal bleeding ,intra- uterine adhesions and menstruation were observed. Results Compared with control group, the volume of vaginal bleeding was less ,the time of vaginal bleeding and the recovery were shorter after treatment in observation group（ P all 〈 0. 01 ）. There was no intrauterine adhesion in observation group. Conclusion Drospirenone-ethinylestradiol tablets are safe and effective in women when taken immediately after artificial abortion as an option of contraception. This promotes the menstruation recovery and offers a good prevention in intrauterine adhesions.
