摘要
采用24 只雄性新西兰大白兔,手术造成双侧桡骨中段3 m m 缺损的骨折模型。左侧断端注射脱钙狗骨粉,右侧注射生理盐水作为对照,于治疗后第2 、4 、6 周分3 批处死,取标本进行 X 线摄片评分,组织学观察及形态计量学研究,结果显示,实验组 X 线片评分明显高于对照组( P< 0 .05) ;实验组断端血肿机化快,软骨骨痂出现早,骨化提前,早期形成大量新的小梁骨,血管形成丰富,细胞活性增强,不同时期骨痂中纤维组织,软骨组织,骨小梁变化与对照组相比均有意义。提示局部注射脱钙狗骨粉具有增强骨缺损的修复能力,加速骨折愈合的作用。
Animal models of fracture and 3 mm defect were surgically made in the bilateral middle radii of 24 male New Zealand white rabiits. Decalcified dog bone powder was locally injected into the left side fractured site as the experimental group and normal saline into the right side one as the control. The animals were killed in three batches 2, 4, and 6 weeks after the treatment, respectively. The samples were harvested, scored according to the X rays and studied through histological observation and morphometry. The results showed that in the experimental group, the samples obtained higher X ray scores than the control (P < 0.05), the fractured site hematoma was organized more rapidly, the cartilaginous callus and the ossification appeared earlier, a host of new trabecular bone and abundant blood vessels were formed, the cell activity strengthened, and the varied staged changes of fibrous and cartilaginous tissues and bone trabeculae in the callus were significantly different from the control, suggesting that the local injection of decalcified dog bone powder has the function of strengthening the repair ability of bone defect, and speeding up fracture healing.
