矽肺小阴影早期肺内分布的影像学特点 被引量:4

The Imaging Study of Silicosis Small Shadow's Distribution in Lung at Early Stage

摘要 目的探讨矽肺小阴影早期在肺内的影像学分布特点。方法分析曾参加某铁路修建的12 726人中的754例肺内有尘肺小阴影样改变,但未达到矽肺Ⅰ期诊断标准的胸片影像。结果矽肺样小阴影早期在各肺区出现情况为:下肺区最多,上肺区明显较少;右侧多于左侧。2个肺区同时出现的组合:双侧下肺区的最多,双侧中肺区次之。结论矽肺小阴影早期在肺内的分布具有一定的规律性和特征性,对尘肺病的预防、诊断和治疗有着重要的指导意义。 Objectve To evaluate the distribution features of silicosis small shadow's image in lung at early stage.Methods The X-ray images of Pneumoconiosis Shadow-likes' changing in lung of 754 persons in 12 726,who once participated in railway construction,but did not meet the standards of silicosis stage I diagnostic criteria,were analyzed.Results The image distribution features of silicosis small shadow in lung at early stage are: most in lower lung field,less in upper,and more in the right than in the left.The combination of appearance at the right and left lung at the same time: most in bilateral lower field followed by bilateral middle field.Conclusion The distribution of silicosis small shadow's image in lung at early stage has some regularity and characteristic,and is very important for guiding prevention,diagnosis and treatment of pneumoconiosis.
