摘要
利用原位反应合成技术,以工业纯铝、氟钛酸钾和氟硼酸钾为原料制备的AlTiB 中间合金中,TiB2和Al3Ti 颗粒细小且弥散分布,对铝及铝合金具有显著的晶粒细化效果,并且能大幅度提高ZL201
Using pure aluminium, K 2TiF 6 and KBF 4 as raw materials, the authors produced Al Ti B master alloy by using in situ reaction synthetic technique. The alloy contains a large number of dispersoids, such as TiB 2 and Al 3Ti, which have a remarkable grain refining effect on aluminium and its alloys and can improve greatly casting and mechanical properties of ZL201 aluminium alloy.
