摘要
在以互联网、手机等新兴媒体影响日益扩展的态势下,如何有效应对网络舆情则成为我国各级政府必须面对的一个重大理论和实践问题。而在当下,我国各级政府在掌控和处置网络舆情实践中凸显的理念、行动、组织和方法等方面的问题,必须从信息汇集机制、研判机制、报送机制、反馈机制、危机处理机制以及网络舆情工作保障机制等方面来构建网络舆情掌控及妥处机制。
Under the expanding impact of new medias such as Internet and cell phones, how to effectively respond to network public opinion has become a major theoretical and practical issue for all levels of government. Based on this perspective, This paper firstly analyzes the issues which our governments at all levels are in control of the practice of the network public opinion,and then discusses how to effectively control the network public opinion from the perspective of the construction of mechanisms.
