摘要
目的探讨经皮椎体成形术结合核素骨显像定位治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折的临床应用价值。方法应用全身核素骨显像技术对57例骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折经皮椎体成形术患者进行术前扫描,结合常规X线片评估和确定接受手术的椎体节段,对患者术前术后的疼痛进行VAS评分、下床活动能力评分和止痛药使用评分。并对手术前后评分进行配对t检验。结果术后随访1~6个月,平均4个月。患者背部疼痛均明显缓解或消失,术后X线检查椎体内骨水泥分布均匀,无外漏,手术前后评分差异有统计学意义。结论应用经皮椎体成形术结合核素骨骨显像定位能准确地对接受手术的椎体进行定位和评估,具有准确、经济和全面等优点,具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with radionuclide bone scan in treatment of vertebral compression fracture. Methods ECT radionuclide bone scan were applied to patients suffering from vertebral compression fracture. The vertebrae treated with pereutaneous vertebroplasty were located according to the results of radionuclide bone scan and X-ray. The pain was evaluated with visual analogue scale (VAS), activity scale and analgesic scale. The pre- and post-operative data was analyzed by paired-samples t test. Results The postoperative follow-up ranged from 1 to 6 months (average 4 months). Baek pain was effectively relieved after operation in all eases. No cement leakage occurred. The pre- and post-operative evaluation data had statistical signifioance difference. Conclusion Target vertebrae in pereutaneous vertebroplasty can be accurately and economically loeated and evaluated by radionuelide bone scan. The combination method plays an important role in the treatment of vertebral compression fraeture.
