椎间盘退变动物建模研究

摘要 腰椎间盘突出症是临床常见病和多发病,其基本病理变化是椎间盘退变,病因尚不十分清楚。关于椎间盘退变的病因、发病机制及早期发现并采取积极有效的措施,一直是近年来研究的热点。但是人类腰椎间盘退变是一个漫长的病理过程,对其研究是长期的,如果能寻找一种符合人体解剖生理功能、周期短、可重复性的实验动物作为替代,
