摘要
目的探讨腹股沟疝腹膜前无张力修补术的手术治疗效果。方法对228例腰麻下行腹膜前无张力修补术修补腹股沟疝患者的资料进行回顾性总结。结果手术时间30～85 min,平均手术时间45 min,术后24～48 h可下床活动,术后住院时间4～7 d,切口均I期愈合,术后出现阴囊血肿1例,阴囊积液5例。术后切口疼痛轻微。228例患者术后全部获得随访,随访3～24月,无复发病例。结论腹股沟疝行腹膜前无张力修补术,手术安全,创伤小,术后疼痛轻微,复发率低,并发症少,是一种更加符合人体解剖及疝病理生理,安全有效的手术治疗方法。
Objective To analysis the feasibility and clinical effect of preperitoneal tension - free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia. Meth- ods The clinical data of 228 patients with inguinal hernia treated with preperitoneal tension - free hernioplasty using Easyprosthesis MESH - D10 from january 2009 to january 2011 were retrospectively analysed. Results All operation were successfully. Average operating time was 45 rain, all patients could act out - of - bed after 24 to 48 hours. Stay in hospital after operation was 4 to 7 days. There were 1 case of scrotal hema- toma,5 cases of serotal hydrocele in the follow -up time from 3to 24 months, and no recurrennce case was found. Conclusion Preperitoneal tension - free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia with less pain,low recurrence and fewer complications is safe, simple and effective. This surgical method is an approach consistent with human anatomy and pathophysiology of hernia
