甲状腺激素替代治疗伴有低T3综合征慢性心力衰竭 被引量：3

摘要 临床已有报道伴低T3综合征（Low—T3 syndrome，LT3S）可以使慢性心力衰竭（心衰）患者的病情加重，主要表现为心肌收缩力的进一步降低，并已经证实这种收缩力的减退可以通过甲状腺素的替代治疗来纠正，但也有学者认为低T1是继发于心功能恶化，而不是导致心衰加重的原因，因此对甲状腺素治疗慢性心衰是否有效仍存在争论。
