摘要
目的:观察薄氏腹针对单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效,为针灸减肥方案的优化提供参考。方法:将61例单纯性肥胖症患者随机分成薄氏腹针组(29例)和常规针刺组(32例),两组分别接受相应的处理,比较各组临床疗效、治疗前后体重、BMI、腰围、腰臀比及SCL90量表评分的变化。结果:两组在临床疗效、治疗前后体重与BMI变化方面无统计学差异(P>0.05),在减少腰围和腰臀比上薄氏腹针组明显优于常规针刺组(P<0.05);两组治疗前SCL90总分、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、其它等因子分均高于正常值,经过治疗分别有不同程度的下降(P<0.05),且两组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:薄氏腹针对单纯性肥胖具有确切的临床疗效,并在减少患者腰围和腰臀比上具有独特优势;单纯性肥胖患者伴有不同程度的心理障碍如抑郁、焦虑等,针灸减肥不仅可以减轻体重,对缓减患者因肥胖带来的社会心理压力亦具有重要意义。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Bo＇s abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of simple obesity in order to provide optimization reference for acupuncture weight loss program.Methods：61 patients with simple obesity were randomly divided into Bo＇s abdominal acupuncture group（29 cases） and routine acupuncture group（32 cases）.They were treated with the appropriate treatment methods to compare the clinical efficacy of each group before and after treatments of body weight,BMI,waist circumference,waist-hip ratio and SCL90 scale score changes.Results：（1） The two groups were not statistically different（P0.05） in terms of clinical efficacy,body weight and BMI changes before and after treatments.Bo＇s abdominal acupuncture group was significantly better than conventional acupuncture group（P0.05） in reducing waist circumference and waist-hip ratio.（2） Before treatment SCL90 total score,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,and other such factors of the two groups are both higher than the normal value.After treatment both groups have different degrees of decline（P0.05） and there is no significant difference（P0.05） between two groups.Conclusion：（1） Bo＇s abdominal acupuncture is effective in the treatment of simple obesity,with unique advantages for reduction of waist circumference and waist-hip ratio;（2） For obese patients found with varying degrees of mental disorders such as depression,anxiety,etc,acupuncture weight loss can not only reduce weight,but also has a great significance in mitigation obese patient＇s social and psychological pressure.
