摘要
对人工均布小孔的多孔陶瓷板内城市燃气的预混燃烧进行了研究.讨论了作为目前上海城市煤气的主要成分CO、H2、CH4的反应动力学及其参数——活化能、频率因子等,建立了反应动力学方程.通过理论分析推导出燃气-空气预混气体的连续性方程、组分方程、能量方程、状态方程及多孔陶瓷的能量方程,建立了多孔陶瓷板中城市煤气预混式燃烧的数学模型.由数值计算得到多孔陶瓷板的板内固体温度分布。
Town gas premixed combustion within ported ceramic plaque was studied. On the basis of prior studies, the chemical kinetics and its parameters of CH 4,H 2,CO, the main combustible compositions in the town gas, were discussed. The chemical kinetics equations of CH 4,H 2,CO were established respectively. Based on analyzing the conductive, convective and radiant heat transfer and combustion process within the plaque, a steady mathematical model was established successfully. Non local thermal equilibrium between the ported ceramic plaque and the premixed gas was accounted for by introducing separate energy equations for two phases. One dimensional condution, convection, radiation and combustion model was employed in the numerical simulation. The solid temperature profiles within the plaque under various heat flow were predicted numerically, which are compared with the experimental data.
