摘要
在解剖研究取得的对高炉冷却壁破损机理认识的基础上,使用开发的有限元程序计算并研究了高炉冷却壁工作状态下的温度场和热应力分布。
Based on the study of the stave' breakage mechanism,The maximum thermal stresses are the temperture field and thermal stress of the stave are calculated and studied with developed finite element program.The maximum thermal stresses are compared between HT stave and QT stave, and some improving suggestions for cooling stave design are brought forward.
