摘要
采用金相分析、电镜及能谱分析、化学分析和力性分析方法,对马钢3号高炉第四代炉役炉腹段HT冷却壁进行了解剖研究。提出了HT冷却壁的微观破损机制。
By means of metallography,electronic microscope,SEM analysis,chemical analysis and mechanical property test,a dissection study has been made on damage of the 4 th gene ration grey cast iron cooling stave of No 3 BF at Maanshan Iron and Steel Co ,Ltd A micro damage mechanism of grey cast iron cooling stave has been discussed
