摘要
PLM(产品全生命周期管理)系统是制造业信息化的发展趋势,是制造业中增长最快的IT应用系统。绿色制造是人们为了协调制造业发展和人类生存环境之间的关系,而提出的先进制造模式。作者针对它们各自的优势和特点,用系统化、集成化的方法,探讨了绿色制造模式下的PLM系统的实施体系模型及其关键技术。
As an inevitable trend of manufacturing, product lifecycle management (PLM) has been seen a substantial increase in recent years. In order to coordinate development of manufacturing with environment, green manufacturing has been presented as an advance manufacturing technology. According to the individual advantages and characteristics, a three-tier architecture of PLM system implementation for green manufacturing has been established in this paper, which using systematic and integrated approaches. Furthermore, the key technologies of PLM for green manufacturing are explored deeply.
