企业的发展、变化会导致MIS系统的重建。重建是对企业信息系统进行分析，更新和集成的过程。文章介绍了一个电缆信息系统的重建，分析了MIS重建的主要原因，并给出了具体的解决方案。
The development of an enterprise will lead to re-engineer its MIS. Re-engineering is the process of analyzing, upgrading and integraing enterprise information systems. With a Re-engineering instance of a cable information systems, this paper analyzes the main reason why the MIS need to be re-engineered, and a solution is provided.
