摘要
新生儿疾病筛查是预防儿童残疾的三级预防措施,是一种以早期诊断和治疗为目的的母婴保健技术。在新生儿期对一些严重危害健康的先天性遗传性疾病施行专项检查中,某些先天性代谢性疾病的症状表现不明显时,其激素、生化等指标却比较明显。若此时能及早得到诊断及治疗,可避免新生儿重要脏器的不可逆性损害,更能避免体格生长、智能发育落后,甚至死亡。此项筛选对提高人口素质具有实际的意义。
