摘要
目的 探讨新生儿筛查中 2种不同采血方法的效能差异。方法 对 2 0 0 3年 9月～ 2 0 0 4年 2月 6 39例新生儿采用浴后即放在新生儿抢救辐射台保暖下采用足跟外侧采血与 2 0 0 2年 9月～2 0 0 3年 2月 5 92例新生儿采用浴后放在一般平台上用热毛巾敷足跟使局部充血红润后采用足跟内侧采血 2种方法进行效能分析比较。结果 2种采血方法所需时间 ,一针采血成功率及血片质量关系差异有显著性。结论 辐射台组具有简单快捷、血片优质、痛苦少的优点。
Objective\ To discuss potency analysis of 2 kinds of blood sampling in newborn screening. Methods 639 newborns from Sept. of 2003 to Feb.of 2004 were put on the warm emergency radiation table for blood sampling in outer heel after a bath, which potency is compared with 592 newborns from Sept.of 2002 to Feb. of 2003 who were put on the common table with hot towal to make local heel congestive and ruddy and then were sampled blood in lateral heel. Result There is obviously different between 2 kinds of blood sampling for time, one time successful rate and the quality of sampling plate. Conclusion The group on radiation table has advantages of simple, rapid, excellent sampling plate and less pain.
