添加SiO_2、Al_2O_3等的PTC BaTiO_3陶瓷的物质传递与晶粒生长 被引量:4

摘要 本文采用“同心圆”式试样,观察 SiO_2、Al_2O_3等添加物对 PTC BaTiO_3陶瓷的物质传递及晶粒生长的影响,实验结果证实了添加 SiO_2、Al_2O_3等的 PTC BaTiO_3陶瓷,呈现出液相烧结的特征。实验结果表明:(1)液相烧结中的物质传递,除了与液相量等有关之外,还与该温度下液相传递通道(晶界数量)等因素有关。(2)SiO_2、Al_2O_3等添加物能有效地抑制 PTC BaTiO_3陶瓷的晶粒生长。 With the“concentric circles” structure specimen,the effects of additives of SiO_2and Al_2O_3 on the sintering and grain growth of PTC BaTiO_3 were investigated.Theexperimental results show that the ceramics exhibit liquid phase sintering characteri-stics.During sintering the material transfer process not only close relates to thequantity of liquid presented,but also to the way through which the liquid phasediffuses,i.e.the total amount of thè grain boundary presented in the sinteredbody.In addition,dopents of SiO_2 and Al_2O_3 could effectively impede the grain grow-th of BaTiO_3 ceramics during sintering.
